How Often Do You Do A Backup Of Your Website

    I run a adult forum not much posting so far I do a full backup about 1 or 2 times a week

    Most of my sites are wordpress, and I sue a plugin called backupbuddy to automatically egt the backups every back. Database backups once a week and full backups once a month

    Thatz great sar420. I think I should also start doing such backups regularly. I do it once in a month or couple of months.

    Go to it girl, a server crash cost me 36 hours work because I forgot to set auto-backup :(
