THey update every 24 hours. If your traffic remains the same for two day in a row then your Alexa rankings will remain almost the same and go down as your daily traffic flow grows. They update the rankings every 24 hours but Im not sure what time they are on so the 24 hours for them might not match the hours where you are from. Hope this helps! Cheers!
