    Depends on the directory - if your talking about dmoz then submit once and forget about it. If you submit too often to some directories they will just ban you.

    People can submit to mine as often as they like. I don't ban anyone unless they consistantly neglect to remit the review fee.

    Same directories ? If yes, then you can do it instantly. You can pay once again for submission in other category.
