How often Automated Blog Pinging is good for remain index in GOOGLE

How often should i ping my Automated blog so google will not deindex my blog, I was pinging after every 1 hour but now after 1 day

 

once or twice a day it`s ok. pinging every hours is too risky.

 

You really don't need to ping so often!

 

Unless your site in new, you no need to ping so often

 

I agree with gothic_love - once or twice a day is absolutely sufficient.
An important thing to keep in mind, though, is that there actually is some new content every time you ping the blog. You mentioned that you have an autoblog but didn't tell us how often does new content get added - if it's very often (5+ times a day) then pinging it 2 times a day should be your best bet.

 

I am pinging once in a day, before that it pinged after every hour which looks google will deindex.

 

Once a day, more only if the site really updated more often. Anything else can get you banned, at least by the majority of ping services.

If using wordpress, make sure it doesn't ping every time you update or change a post, that's what gets many people banned (not by google, just by the ping services, which isn't really adorable, too).
