How often and when for sitemaps

    How often should i submit a site map? Also when should i do it when I make changes to content/ or structural changes?For example i just added a blog to my site so is that an appropriate time to re-submit?

    whenever you add some urls or any major changes on your site then submit your sitemap again

    whenever you increase 50 pages more, create a new sitemap and submit.

    It it is a small website after 10 pages.
