How Often and What Times do you Post

    Being a new website I have been posting about 3 times a day but its hard work keeping it up as I work as well. How often do you all post to your site and do you have a special time ??

    In the beginning, I frequently updated (almost daily) my site so that it was always under the purview of google bot. Now I update it once or twice a week :)

    I generally post once or twice a week. But, try to do more when day to day work allows.
