how offen does pr change?

anyone know this?

 

some say pr changes quarterly and some say every two months. all i know is my site gained pr2 in 9 weeks.

 

Google makes updates to the PageRank calculation for websites about every 3 to 4 months.

 

we cant predict it exactly. because i lost many PR and also gained PR within a month

 

It keeps changing all the time in the background. The toolbar update usually takes place in 2-3 months time, though it all depends on the Google. Last update was on 1st April 09.

 

pagerank is usually updated on pagerank bar every 3 months.

You page may have a page rank of 3 or 4 it will most likely be out of date as the page rank is updated on googles system more efficently.

 

Is there a add on to put on the tool bar to get page rank directly from the firefox page?

 

Well no one can tell exact time, but most of the time in last two year, pr updates every two months, or some time google take around 15 days as an update time.

 

page rank changes in 2 months 2 weeks or even 3 weeks.

 

Or when the G engineers feel like doing updates tbh there is no exact time or method to PR update. I mean how would you ever know there has been a PR update if all the sites you are watching don't change?

The only thing I look at page rank for is an indication of how often G visits the site - the higher the PR the more often G will visit and G visits more often looking for new fresh content so high PR is kinda moot really.

I was wondering...How long does it normally take to get rid of a N/A PR? I have yet to see google change my pagerank and I am beginning to wonder what it may turn out being the next time google does its PR.

 

as people already mentioned above takes approx 3-4 months to get a PR update.

well no one can say exact time .just keep on to do your best work.always use a unique content.

 

also, 1 more moment: as i noticed, google dance is finishing right before PR update. So if you registered google dance, you may predict PR update in 2-4 weeks.

 

I'm an amateur so take this with a grain of salt, but I've heard it works in 3's usually. 3 weeks for slight changes, 3 months for the big shakeups.
