How MySQL freeze can hurt your position in SERPs

    My server suffered a MySQL freeze yesterday and this coincided with when GoogleBot crawled my site. Google indexed and cached the error because the server didn't send any 503 Header. In effect my site vanished from Google search results. How strange!

    I didn't know that MySQL freeze can hurt one's position in SERPs. Has anybody experienced this problem before?
