How my site traffic went from 37 monthly visits to 14,657 monthly unique visits

Almost forgot - I mentioned that not having too many ads could been one important factor when getting people to stay on the site. I must add that having a clean layout and nice pictures is a great way to have an unique site. It's quite usual to see websites that don't have nice font or use ugly images. There are plenty of sites selling art for few bucks. If you lack drawing skills, I warmly recommend getting some images and spend some dollars for a fine banner. I believe there are also people here in the DP forums who can get you a nice banner for your website. While the content is the key, there's no reason to have nice looking site around it.

I've usually sent a list of about 15 questions or so. After I get the first round of answers I check to see if there's some obvious additional questions and try to make sure that the interview is as smooth as possible. I reply to email and send additional questions (if any).

Last I usually check once more that everything is well and let the other guy 'proofread' and make any final changes (if any). Then I put the interview online (and might do a press release, send news and/or announce the interview at related forums).

In addition, I've personally find (at least in my opinion) a good way to display the interviews on my site. I use bold in my own questions, and then bold in the interviewee's name, and plain text in his answers (see my website for example). I think this style makes it look clear.

Last month was 25,104 - so I still have some steps to take. I'm still bit new on how to use "Digg, Delicious, Myspace" in "proper" manner. I have received pretty good amount of traffic from Stumble/Reddit (although I really haven't done *almost* anything for that). I'm aiming to 100,000 now

I got a problem to set up a company. I got low budget to spent. If i got budget sure i will do the same as you. wich me luck with my site.

 

It cost me 65 euros to set it up and get officially registered for Business ID. Are you sure you cannot set up one? I really recommend asking local officials for this... it's not really that difficult if you want it.
