Mind-numbing work like uploading videos will kill brain cells in the process, so consider their per hour rates as hazard pay.
i mean to many people, it's not worth spending the time for say less than $10/hour as people are quoting here but that doesn't mean you can't get it done a lot cheaper. i'd keep looking.
