Has a lot of words - I've seen a lot of people say there's little use for 3-word domains and this is 4. As for the Michael Jackson websites/domains - I think it really depends on what it's used for and how high you can get it on Google. My advice for if you're going to build this site - "be real". My predictions for appraisals - "less than reg", "less than reg", and . . . "maybe reg" I would think you could get $20 for it on eBay if a site was built well on it - obviously more than that if it had income.
