Hey there. Im just need to ask you all about this imagehosting site that i own that's in my sig. it's currently getting about 800-1200+ uniques each day, and the revenue on it is about 1$ a day so far but growing with every day now. how much would you value this site at ? im just curious to know.
$1 dollar a day is $365 dollars a year. At a low risk mutual find I can get 5% return on my money per year. Since website is a lot more risky I would want about 25% return on my money. (1460 * 25% = 365) So I would say around $1460.
$1460 for the site is way to much. Normally the value of the site is based on many thing such as PR and backlink. Fair price for your site is 4x monthly earning. Your site have PR 2 and this will add up 30% of the total value of your site.
izlik, just to be clear. $1/day is revenue and not take into account the costs of running website? What is the monthly profit (revenue-costs)?
