If there is one thing I would like to tell everyone here, that is traffic is the king when it comes to making money Followed by good unique content, nice placement and other such things But w/o traffic one does not even see 2 bucks a day. I wish I had been told this, I learnt the hard way after spending months of frustrating times trying to up adsense. Now a days I spend 10 bucks to make 15. So how much do you spend on buying ads, ad spots and traffic and how much you make out of it?
I don't spend i make seo is the best strategy in long term but i'm a seo so it's not complicated for me
instead of spending, why don't you pay someone for SEO work?or try doing it yourself? it will be longer and should get you traffic. buying traffic is good but depending on where you buy. yes adsense safe traffic only should be bought else you may face a ban from adsense.
even with a 10% ctr i need at least 20000 impressions a day to make a few bucks seo can not bring in 10000 people per day , can it?
so far my only saviour has been bought traffic i am looking to buy cheap pop ups and pop unders does anyone know where should I look?
I believe buying some initial traffic isnt bad, but I agree if you had decent SEO techniques and you keep learning and improving on them, that will be the best bet in the long run.
lot of ppl on this board crow about content being king and seo being the king maker and that is why 99% of adsense wanna be entrepreneurs fail to make even a buck a day yes the two are VERY important but take a look at those who have hit it big. they have close to 20000 to 40000 uniques everyday. thats how clicks are generated and hence $$$ sure some of them took two years to develop via seo route but not everyone can wait. besides adsense loves to ban sooner than later so all the effort may go in vain
So with that thought process how do you generate that size of traffic quickly? How does a site go from 0 to 20000 uniques/day in a short amount of time?
thats a good question......i have taken it from 200 to 4500 but am finding it hard to raise the bar to reach 10000. perhaps ultra cheap popups, spam will get me there if i could figure it out, i would be making at least 4 times more
whoever says that doesn't spend anything...is lying i think...because these days you MUST spend money to start the site and if it's really good after that you don't have to spend as much as you spent before.... remember - PAY 2 PLAY, that's the rule
Aatma becareful google adsense dont like popup or popunder promotion i think basically ppl buy traffic from yahoo or msn adcenter or smaller ppc like 7 search and drive it to google adsense site its far easy like that but do you know you are again risking all your dollars to google.. what if they dont pay or suspend you for traffic arbitrage.. you will loose all your investment there are some other ways to generate lot of impression clicks and visitors.. but emmm eh no body will share there traffic sources on a open forum.. you got to spy others and make a habit of spying successful sites..
