I have created one campaign with "keyword" = match exact phrase still my minimum bid went to 3$ is it possible to low the bid price.

    My keyword is

    "MONGOOSE CANAAN ELITE BIKE"
    MONGOOSE CANAAN ELITE BIKE

Lowering your costs is simple: you increase your QS. To increase your QS, you need to increase your CTR. To increase your CTR you need to make your ads more attractive.

I use to pay $0.50 for the term 'make money online' and get some quality traffic. Lower yours and see what happens.

Its too low. You will have to bid $1 and above to get desired results.

Belranjan, it would help to get more information. Like the QS. Is it 1 or is it 5? Does Adwords think your landing page quality is poor? It wouldn't surprise me since you mention being an affiliate. If you are acting as a bridge page, that would be your problem. See Adwords policies and guidelines.

Your costs are dependent on your QS. Also on QS and bid of competitors. Those saying to bid this and that without knowing a thing about your campaign are doing you no favors. See Adwords FAQ.
