How much you earn, my first 100$ and PR 4 in 5 months

I had my first £60 cheque which is $100 in US terms within 2 months, now I am doing worse, because I am no longer spam marketing, which in turn will be better for the future of my website. I must say, image hosting sites make LOADS of money! I mean LOADS, unfortunatelly I dont have time to monitor a site like this so I now have an article website which is easier and the cost of hosting is around 10th of the cost of image hosting! Each image was around 3mb compressed

 

congrats dont give up just keep at it. $100 per year is not so good though. You might want to try a more lucrative niche with higher per click payout. good luck!

 

Good going. Took me about 3 to 4 months to make my first $100. And then been $100+ every month. My only piece of advice is don't sit back and ignore the site. You will get a few sites that just run themselves and keep earning but if you want to maintain or increase your earnings, keep updating. Content is king!!!

 

try to get more inbound links..which helps u build the traffic...

 

Took a few months to start earning, but since then it has progressively improved.

The key things for me:
1) Improving traffic volume via youtube, yahoo answers, and related forums. Traffic = $$
2) Increasing the number of sites. +Sites +Traffic = +$$
3) Improving keyword targets. Switched the theme of one site and it went from 2% CTR to 8% CTR and from 2p per click to 15p per click. That effectively meant an increase of 30x earnings.
4) Ripping out the 2nd adsense block. The 2nd set of links was lower paying. If people only have 4 high priced links to choose from on a page, they will click some of them. Don't give them a cheap option.

 

I also accumulated my first $100 in 4 months but got a PR of just 2.Can you please share your link building strategy for achieving PR 4 in just 5 months.

I'm still waiting for my first adsense check. I hope in the next month i will gain the first check. It took about 6 months...

 

You have a website with PR4. You can easily get money by selling links. Word of caution though, don't be grееdy ))) Don't sell too many links! Not only you will lose rankings but PR as well. One of my sites went from PR3 to PR0 by doing that ))) I sell links through linkworth and get 10 bucks a link from pr1 site. But I dont sell more then 1 link on a site. You can make more I think

 

i think i take the turtle approach, I work little bit per day, but surely. It sometimes seems i see the rewards way later than sooner, but it gets there. and heck, I do not even consider what I do work anyways.

There are too many of these posts. Who cares about what others are making. Worry about your own...

 

It also took me about the same amount of time but now I get a check every month.....
