    Google allows you to actually read the PUBLIC adsense TOS
    the adsense rules are no secret, they all published and offered for reading until understood

    I think one man is not capable to make a content rich site as long as he is not going to devote all his time to Web. But earning depends on 3 factors

    1- Niche
    2- Traffic
    3- CTR

    Close to 3000$ per month and it's increasing. Always re-investing it so it will never be too high :)
    I wish Google took less than 30% and paid bi-monthly... Once a month kinda sucks.
