    Try selling it on Theme forest. SImilar templates there are priced at $20-$50 but the quantity of sale can affect your earnings a lot. Not sure how much someone would offer for it. I wouldnt offer more than $50 because similar free and cheap templates are available on TF(ThemeForest)

    $12 would probably be a good starting point. But why hypothetical? Convert it to wordpress and see what you can do with it.

    Seems like a lot of work for little pay... but it would probably bring in more sales as a wordpress template, just make sure to put it in as many places as possible. Check out this site for ideas: mashable.com/2009/02/28/sell-designs-online/
