How much are you willing to spend or how much would you spend on a premium wordpress theme?

The average currently out there is between $50-$79/theme for a single license. Please keep that in mind. I'm looking forward to your responses, thank you :)

I haven't bought any yet, mostly because the ones I liked would either have to be fixed or so much work done to change some thing. Seems many are NOT tested on IE, so the layout gets messy and overlaps etc...

I would be nice to find themes that were complete and worked in IE. One theme will look good, but will have way too much added for MFA sites. Another won't have a fixed width, which I find necessary.

Absolutely agree. the themes definitely need to be cross browser compatible, without question. I do believe the majority of the big name premium theme developers are making them that way now. One thing that is now making premium themes much better as well is the addition of theme options page which help in customizing the theme. Of course knowing your way around the css will help as well. Thanks for your feedback, I appreciate it.

Partial payment refers to the offering of a payment by check for less than the full amount claimed by the creditor. Such an offer for debt discharge by tender of a "payment-in-full" check is a common practice. If the amount tendered is not grossly insufficient, it presents the creditor with a tough business decision: Will I accept the $9,000 and forfeit the other $1,000 that he really owes me or do I refuse it all in the hope I can collect $10,000 later? Traditional court rulings have treated the tender of the check as the offer of an accord and satisfaction. If the creditor accepts, endorses, and receives payment from the check, he has accepted the contract and so discharged the whole debt owed by the debtor[1].

Thanks for your feedback. If the theme is priced correctly, there shouldn't be any need for partial payments... especially in the under $100 price point.

I would love to pay $25-$40, if the theme got a really great design which suits all's eyes.
We got some great designers in DP too.

I am getting my wordpress blog created soon I would like to get a good theme for $25-40 for just a simple layout. Then go from there. It seems like an easy enough thing to do why should it be more expensive?

I think it would be better for you, in that case, to just get one of the thousands of free themes and go from there. It would be better spent to pay someone that $25-$40 to modify a free theme for you.
