    Clickbank: 21 dollars in Dec, 27 dollars in Jan, and 8 dollars so far this Feb.

    40ish UV's daily.

    If you are earning a stable income for atleast 2 months continuously then I would say that you can sell this site for monthly revenue x10 which would be reasonable. ;)

    The clickbank has been stable for 3 months as long as I make another sale by the end of the month. I just don't know about adsense since I just started using it.
