    I don't value a website based on its daily uniques + PR. I value a website based on its quality and quantity of unique content.

    agree, people is wasting time and money going through websites with traffic and pagerank; since the change of ownership will be reflected in the content, visitor may drop themselves down and Google can slap your rank anytime.

    Good content, quality and astounding domain name are best, rounding the formula to succeed online.

    Some sites have high PR and unique visitors because of search results for keywords, which a site can lose at any time. If people come because of searches, the site is probably not worth much at all. But if it offers a service, and has plenty of backward links, then it could be worth a gold mine. Remember: Return on Investment. Pick your profit, then price accordingly.

    I think the content is important too,

    I mean if the website has no content, or is not updated, the users will stop visiting it sooner or later. For example I have a site www.bjij.com

    It contains 1600+ phones, 60+manufacturers, 1000+ SMS templates, 1000+ mobile downloads, and lots more

    I will never sell it for a couple hundred or thousand. I think it worths more than 5000$ if you start making a site like that. The reason is that I spent about a year on it with a friend of mine and it wasn't easy to stay awake for days and nights to have that much info in one place. I don't care if it is a profitable site or no, I just know one thing, WE MADE IT and it is OUR CHILD. I will never sell it for cheap.

    well age is like 6months approx .. content updated daily ... and i think thru giving links and ads it could easily earn 120$+/month
