What for, nobody pays. you gotta have 4-5 times that before anyone will pay. At least in my field.

 

I see people paying $15-20 for a pr4 page with barely any traffic.

Yeah my site with the 12,000 is a pr 4. Yet nobody pays for it. I have offered but no buyers, and its ranked #1 in over 70 terms now. Including terms with 20+ million listings!

I think that $400 dollars a month for a text link it would be fair

 

For a gaming related link, with 630,000 unique visitors per day, I'd say in the neighborhood of $500-$600 per month would not be out of line. I'd strongly suggest you add your inventory to Adbrite and let the market there decide it's cost. Then you'd have a better idea, because something is only worth what you can sell it for.
