How Much Would You Pay For This Website?

I have the opportunity to purchase a site with the stats below, however, the buyer will not sell it for any less than 15 months net profits...

    Age: 8 months
    Income: $250/mo - All adsense
    Content: 6 articles
    PR: 3
    Backlinks: 23,000
Traffic: All search engines, vast majority Google.

I can get it for $3800 and no less. Site has stable traffic and consistent earnings. Hundreds of long tail phrases to the homepage, and is ranked first or second for all of it's main keywords...

What would you be willing to pay for a site like this? Normally I wouldn't pay more than 10-12 months...

Thanks in advance for your input

I will pay max 8x monthly earning.
Coz if pay more than that, then it consider very risky.
You need 15 month to recover the investment, what if in the middle of it,the earning is drop to $100/month?
    So,leave the deal.

    8 months old? 6 articles?

Seems like an awful lot of money to pay for a site with 6 articles! Personally I wouldn't pay that much. If it was established longer then maybe it wouldn't be so bad, but 8 months is still a new site to me. Where are all the backlinks coming from in the space of 8 months? Have you checked these?

23,000 backlinks sounds interesting...but also fishy. That's a lot of links for an Adsense site and it's likely those mostly come from 1 or 2 sites. If those were permanent, and from many different sites the site could definitely be worth more than 12 months earnings.

It's worth you checking that out.

Id stay away unless you can get the price to around $2500 then reconsider, and as everyone else has said stuff like 6 articles? Seems odd.

Hmm 6 articles, 8 months old, and somehow it has 23,000 backlinks? I would be very very careful, sounds very dodgy to me, can you provide us with a link to the site, usually you can tell a scam from a true sale simply by looking at the website

I agree with the posters above.... 23,000 backlinks is ridiculous. I doubt it has that man, if it does it has been spammed all over online somehow. Digitalpoint.com which is a huge awesome site, only has 8055 backlinks. Cnn.com has 81,100 backlinks and they are a very established site with way more than 6 articles!

    Be careful with that one!

I would never purchase a site based on monthly revenue after only being in existence for several months. Seems a bit risky. I would buy based on multiples only if the site was at least 2 years old with 2 years of stats.

Seems strange that is ranked for a lot of long tail keywords with 6 articles, even if it has a lot of keywords. What's the traffic for it?
