How much value? How about Notting?

How would you expect someone to give value to asite without knowing anything about it? You need to know how much it is earning, what costs are generated by it, how much traffic it gets, and many other things

I would imagine nil and nil to those two questions. It is a new site which someone has designed so obviously a new domain to. No backlinks. But it doesnt have any seo work done on it so with a bit of work it could probably get traffic....What do you think - its a blank canvass basically

In SEO point of view the site don't worth much, cause it hos not been index by any major search engine..... I am not an expert, but I am able to give you some advise if you need, just drop me a message if you need.

The site has many interesting articles, but I don't see any credit to the author on them... are they original articles written for the site? If so, I would pay something in the $350-$400 for it

EDIT: never mind... just saw your reply about duplicate content, and since they aren;t even giving credit to the author this is nothing but trouble

Out of curiosity, what is the going valuation algorithm? 24 X monthly earnings?

Depends on the site. I would never pay 12x earnings on a website with less than one year of history.

Also the content looks ripped off.

Exactly... Some of the (for lack of a better term) newbies to the buy-sell-trade market need to understand this.

They see others selling sites for 12x to 24x revenue and think hey thats the norm. Then have the nerve to post in thier sales thread that they wont take less! Fact is they have no idea what they are doing and think they can build a site, earn $100 off the site in one month and sell it for over $1200. It doesn't work that way.

(EDIT: That is, it doesn't work that way unless you find a sucker or someone who doesn't think before they purchase.)

Well this just proves how disappointing ebay has become these days. Ot was only a few years ago that you could get some interesting sites for sale on it

Ok, I have a new site (24 hours old). It made $100, therefore, it will make $100 for 365, therefore, it is worth $36,500. :D
