    ganglandmafia.com
    income averages $220 a month
    it has had a lot of modifications done also
    it is a pr3 with nearly 9,000 registered

    ranked in google for over 100 keywords most on front two pages some are big keywords
    alexa when i checked was 392,913

    I would bid for about 1000-1500$ for that site. By the way, I would have to join a mafia gang or something to invest that much lol..:D
