    Hey guys,

I currently own a network of 9 websites that I have either bought or built.

For reasons of my own I will not discuss the domain names.

    The sites goes as follow;

Site 1: Blog for Canadian students . $75+/ month in rev
Site 2: Warez forum . upto $130/month in rev
Site 3: Adult Autoscript . $270/ month in rev
Site 4: Adult blog for celebs . $40/month in rev
Site 5: Niche Forum . $190/month in rev
Site 6: AStore . upto $300/ month in affiliates
    Site 7: Directory for AStores . $180 + /month in subs
Site 8: New Design firm company . upto $150/ month in services
Site 9: Starting a new PPC campaign generated site = no rev yet.

The total per month ranges from $900 to $2100 (peak periods).

Total reseller hosting comes up to $75/ month (currently looking for something cheaper)

My question is I am currently selling to someone I met at a conference for $3X,XXX.

Do you think it's worth it? Or should I just keep it for myself?

Thanks I am extremely grateful for any advice.

let say you earnings are $1500 on average per month (you didn't mention expenses)
thats 18K per year. 30K+ is 1.5-2X -> a very generous offer. 1X is the norm

The norm is more 'normally' 9 months profit 10 at the most which means $13500 - $15000

3XK, is definitely a good offer. Imo

But I really disagree with the 9-10 months profit "rule".

Normal business is good if the cost is less than a 5 years revenue.
Internet business really depends on many factors:
    - is it a consolidated niche you have?
    - are you afraid the niche is getting narrow in the near future?
    - can the niche grow with some more marketing/work?

I would personally buy RIGHT NOW any website for a price that is less than 1 year income (expense deducted)

    I second that lol :D

But I have successfully sold my network for 31.5k this mourning.

Along with hosting (paid for 2years) and domains that have been paid for 3more years.

Minus of coarse the advertisements - I will keep this my dirty little secret :p

Anywho thanks to everyone who put their input!

Sounds like you have some experience manuxio, perhaps you should consider website flipping as this is a growing and profitable area that would suit your knowledge.
