    Would you love to buy service from this seller who is spamming same message everywhere. If I were you, I wouldn't be doing so.

    While returning to main topic, I still believe in PR. I don't exactly believe in PR but Pr denotes the quality of website and I think it's worth to get quality backlink from quality website.

    Google determines PR from website quality and I prefer to get quality backlink from quality websites.
