    Depends on my budget and the project I need done, but most likely 100$ per hour.

    Consultation is great, but i'm not going to pay someone to tell me that I need to add some meta tags and such. I would want the SEO consultant to do it for me and provide a service. This is basically the way I see it. As well, I wouldn't hire anyone for a substantial amount of money that didn't have proven results.
