    Definitely depends on the quality and amount of work put in the design. If it's something simple, not much work required, then I wouldn't want to pay more than say $50. But I agree with 1812, your question makes no sense.

    Agree...question is vague. It all depends on the amount of pages, time spend on design and what sort of flash they require.

    Each project is unique and requires it's own set of tasks. It depends on so many different factors really. How many pages need to be built, how complex is the Flash needed, what exact elements need to be implemented throughout the site, etc...
