Hi there, I needed to have a paid post done on a page which has around 1.6 million likes, among them about 500-800k would be my target users. But I've never done this sort of thing, so need to know how much would you pay for a single post on such a page? I know there are a lot of other factors that influence the price as well, but i just want to know in general. So if anyone has had previous experience with this kind of thing and would share it.. I would be really grateful. Thanks & Regards
if it's just a regular user posts, not official post from the page owner it doesn't really count as you won't usually get any significant traffic from this.
It depends wildly on how active the followers/fans are... How many replies/likes/signals does each post typically get? And are they interested in what you're selling? Maybe ask them to split profits 50/50?
With that many followers, you probably don't even need to pay for posts. Regular posts are already going to be seen by a lot of eyeballs, just tailor your message to target a specific group without making your non-targeted audience feel excluded.
1) First chaff out your target audience from this 1.6 million crowd. 2) Segment your audience by age, gender and location. 3) Then keep your page, sponsored post and paid ads in front of only those audience. 4) And you will be quite happy both with your cost spent and ROI. 5) This is the best and experienced method to capitalize Facebook for one's own business. I agree with the majority. You'll have to dig deep in that FB page and see if they can justify the amount that they'll be charging you.
Depending on how engaging the fans are you don't want where the fans talking about it is less than 1,000 considering the total amount of the fans which 1.6Million. If there about 1 million talking about the fanpage then it's likely you will get lots of responses to your post. And most fanpage owners don't know the value they are sitting on, this can help you take advantage of this if your case fall in this kind of situation.
