How much would you pay for a $2k autopilot site?

I have an autopilot blackhat-ish website lying around making around $3k a month

It pays 100% automated via check and semi-automated (you need to copy/paste something to get it) via paypal

Was wondering how much I could get for it.

0 maintenance required, only that copy/pasting part

0 marketing required, that part is done be a massive base of affiliates that keeps on growing

For example, yesterday it made $100

    The day before - $70

    Before that - $180

And then there are some $0 days because I have hosting issues.

In the "before crisis" era it would be x12 months revenues, what about now?

If the figures match up, 3k would yield a 30k sale, but like @BromptonWeb I would need to see the url for an honest answer.

I suspect being black hat ish will lower the price someone is willing to pay beacuse of risk of getting banned from whatever you are doing.

Why would you want to sell a site that makes this much money?
Let me know the site details I might be interested.

Depends on your business, and the source of the traffic.
If it is a black hat and your traffic coming from Google then you may wake up a day to find your traffic 0
Another scenario if you are running illigal site (free MP3s), and affiliating with ringtone provider you may be shut down any minute

Pass me the URL and the source of your traffic I can give you better appraisal but first glance I do not see the 12 months rule applied to your site.

It's nothing illegal and the traffic source comes from affiliates mostly, very little organic traffic and some comes from my own promotions, but 90% is affiliates.

Everything is legal and legit, it's just sort of blackhat. So the chances of getting banned/shutdown are as big as when you run any other website.

I _might_ be interested in selling it as I have a lot more other projects that I want to do. Once a project is setup and running, I lose interest in it for some reason, so why not sell it and reinvest?

In the pre-crisis era I would just leave it, take out a loan in the bank and reinvest.

But sadly, the banks won't give out loans, so I'd rather sell it and reinvest in one of the many projects I have planned. Once that's up - sell it, start again.

I like building stuff. The startup phase is what interests me most in projects.

this looks pretty interesting, but frankly based on your other threads where you try to sell all kinds of "very simple" methods to make $6k and $9k per month easily I have serious doubts this is authentic..

There is logic in your post, but don't you think that a person who sells a lot of money making methods for noobs will also be able to build something that generates cash on autopilot? Don't get me wrong, I don't care much :)
