Lately, I've seen many a people here on DP selling wordpress databases.
So, I put up this db just for the purpose of selling.
Its not open for sale at this time though (I wanna put up at least 500 posts!).

    Here is what I've :
Here is the demo - http://mywebsitecool.co.cc/football (Please do not go with the url, its for recipe and I'll be fixing it soon :D) .

    It has over 1998 images.

I'm hoping to get some time to add tags to the posts too.

So when I go to the BST forum to sell this- what price should I ask for?

    Some Personal Thoughts :
I've seen people selling DBs of 48,000 posts for as low as $4 but you know that such DBs are with 1000s of other people too.
I'm gonna limit sales for this DB to say 10 or 15 copies.

P.S. This databse contains posts collected from other blogs and they're no more than a month old!, the link structure has been left as it is to avoid copyright troubles and for the copyrighted blogs, I've included a link back to the source of the post.

I would probably sell for 15-20 dollars. The recipe niche is very populated so there are loads of people selling similar items.

I think its useless if you sell it to limited people only coz they can resell it without your knowledge.
So,at last your db is not unique anymore.
    Price range $10-$18

it depends you would get alot more if you sold it once to the highest bidder because then it would be unique content also make sure that google hasn't spidered it by using robots.txt

Actually, I cant afford to buy a domain and then sell it.
I can only sell the DB.
Look for my thread in the BST's content section in a few minutes
