How much would you give for a pr 3 site?

How much would you give for a pr 3 site? or better yet, how much would you give for a pr 10 site? Just curious, cause I have both. :D I'm not looking to sell, yet, so I'm not telling the domain, don't want anyone trying to go off stealing "my precious (lol lord of rings phrase)" :p

I've seen PR3 sites sell for less than $50. It's the content, traffic, and revenue history that determines it's value. A PR5 site that hasn't earned more than $5.00 for the past 6 months and receives little to no traffic is nearly worthless to me. Not even worth my time placing a bid.

    PR... or income?

I rather get a PR0 site that makes 10.000.000,00 per month then a PR10, that can be sold for 10.000.000,00 but doesn't earn anything! It's all about content, revenue and much more! Pr isn't the start or end of the world!

PR3 ranking has no value in itself. If the domain was developed and happened to have a topic that I wanted, it could have value if the domain was older than 3 months because you could get around the sandbox- but it would depend on how good the domain name was.

If you really had a PR10 site, you wouldn't have any PR2 and PR3 sites - and wouldn't be using free hosting:)

If your traffic is high, or the domain contains important keywords, it changes things. Otherwise, it should be worth somewhere in the range of $5-25.

I really do not care what the PR is. I place my money on the traffic and the quality of the site.

If they have these 2 elements, there's money there. I have seen sites with PR 5 or 4 with stupid content - a waste of bandwith and my time.

Please note to those mislead. I did not provide any links to either pr 3 or pr10 sites, any links I provide such as in my signature are NOT the sites.

PR10? That may worth quite a bit regardless of the content it has.
    PR3? - worth nothing I suppose ;)

How do you do a 302 redirect PR hijack?

yeah, hey city2! How the heck do you even do a 302 redirect PR hijack?
Also - I figured the pr 3 site wouldn't get much green for it, it only gets about 1000 visitors a month.

A pr3 site is normally (?) out of the sandbox or close to being out, and that could have some value if the domain name itself is desireable:)

Agreed. Recent experience suggests that even PR1 sites can sell well :D
