I think he is asking how much he could get for his site. If you have a good content site (no proxies, movie clips etc) with natural search engine traffic then you can expect 12-16 months revenue.
Usually your website is worth 12 times your monthly earning. So if you're making $1000/month from one particular website, you sell it for $12.000. There are other variables to this rule, such as niche and potential growth, bonuses...
If profit > time invested...there's no reason to sell. if profit = time invested...there's some reason to sell. if profit < time invested...there's a good reason to sell. The only people who would sell their site are people who aren't getting out what they put in...and those who are getting more out then they put in will only sell their site if the buyer offers something greater than that, which isn't likely unless the buyer thinks they can recover the amount they spent on your site in a reasonable time frame. Where it's at I'd probably sell my site for $10,000....it's not worth that right now, but i think in time it could be worth $100k. Who knows. -Scott
I think my website is worth at least 5000 dollars it's bringing me over 350 a month. I ws told that the value of a website is the amount of cash it generat per month times 18. (one year and a half)

When u will sell ur site, u can take 3 months avg revenue from adsense, for example ur avg. earning are 10$ per month so 10*3=30 and when someone will buy ur site he will pay approximately 10*12 = 120$
