How much would you charge for webdesign (not professional)?

I need some fast cash that doesn't take much time (I've been doing webdesign for about 2-3 years now, so I can fly through sites within a few days to a week) since I'm still in school and have a job. I know how to make frames/iframes, tables, custom scroll bars, etc. I also do custom graphics/pixelart. About how much should I charge per site based on:

    *Number of pages
*Complexity of the script (i.e. frames vs. tables)
    *Number of custom graphics

I don't like the whole hourly rate thing, I would prefer a pay-up-front kind of thing (or pay after seeing image of finished product). Any suggestions?

Also, does anyone know of a free Paypal-type script that I could use? Thanks!

That would depend heavily on the quality of your work. Also you shouldn't use frames nor tables for templates.

Depends on what kind of quality you can provide. Honestly, there are a lot of wannabe web designers who simply do not have a clue what they are doing.

Yeah, "Frames and tables" kinda sends up a warning flare that writes in giant letters in the sky "writing code like it's 1997", as does 'custom scroll bars' for that matter.

As to the question though, I too prefer quoting the job, not an hourly rate.
