How much would you buy site with 3500$ adsense earning?

How much would you buy a website with monthly earning $3500 from adsense and comission juction???

niche site: celebrity site
age of site: 10 months
traffic: 15-20k daily, 1million+ pageviews monthly
earning: $3500/month (2500 from adsense, 1000 from cj, infolinks, amazon etc)
facebook: 27,000 likes (very loyal)

Tough call. The $3500 per month would have to be verified and depends on how consistent it was and for how long. Is the site doing anything to maintain that...extra work or paying someone to keep the traffic flowing. Would you need to pay someone to keep posting or would you be able to do so yourself. Etc...etc.

I don't know but if it was mine I would sell it for a years earnings $3500x12=$42,000 maybe $3000x12=$36,000. But there are a lot of other things to consider. If it was mine and I wasn't doing jack then I would sit on it for a while and collect my earnings. If I was working my tail off and just tired or burned out on it then I would be willing to part with it for the above mentioned.

As a buyer you would really have to prove to me that you are making that much, and how much you are putting into it.

 

Thanks. I know that he is making $3500/month and he showed me the proof. Plus I have known him for awhile. He didnt put much effort on updating the site. Only 1 or 2 posts perday, sometimes 2-3 posts aweek. Since this website talks about one particular celeb, the post material is very easy. Can be from twitter. Basically just follow this celeb's daily life.

for sites of limited real value to the world such as a celeb site, or anything of temporary limited value, a price in the range of 1-3 times the last annual advertising revenue certainly might be reasonable.

the alleged ad revenue needs ti be matching to all other data such as a cross verification of real access_log data, alexa and adsense page impressions as well as verified paid ad revenue

 

it usually times 12 assume as year income..if your earning $3500 so you must times 12 so that is the price you should sell

 

if it was mine I never sell but in my opinion

$3500 X 14 = 49000$

Well, be careful as many bloggers are good at photoshop and many of them are fooled in flippa by this way. Have you seen it through teamviewer? if yes, and other factors, $40,000 is fine

If he is selling a golden goose laying egg, be careful. Instead of buying it completely why not get into a partnership with him, as e is your friend too. It should work out hopefully.

Maybe you can partner with him, or better asks him to teach you how to do it, aof course with another celebrity

 

I would sell it for 40k and start another celeb site who is currently hot in the market
