How much would this site cost to essentially duplicate for a client of mine that like the design: http://www.intref.bc.ca/ I would tend toward using elance or getafreelancer to find a designer to make a new site with more or less the same layout and design. But I would try and persuade my client to have his WITHOUT the intro! We'll see if he takes my advice (I think he would). But how much would a project like this cost me in your experience/opinion? I know that the site could be built out of a php script that could eliminate the use of the iframes where the user could choose a background picture or even leave the background image out (at their choice) AND add search engine optimization with the META tags and it could be done relatively quickly.
the design is really simple...I can't imagine anyone charging too much for that...check out the buy/sell/trade section

Not a bad site. The flash is what makes the price the steepest. 300-500 dollars I say. Knock off at least 100, if not more, without the flash.

Its actually a pretty basic looking site with a bit of flash thrown in. Price would vary I'd imagine.
