How much would this site be worth?

I have zero interest in selling my site but I am curious as to how much it's worth.

    http://www.xtremeitalk.com

It's a forum that's been around for over a year and a month now. Almost 400 members, many on every single day. Over 23K posts. About 2500 uniques a month. Minimal revenue though that's the thing. I just put adsense on and it's not making a superior amount. The domain is PR4 btw.

    Ok lets break it down

    good skin - 50$ there
    pr4 - 50$ there
    23k posts.. 230$ there
    2 active members...2$ there
400 total members...120$ there (being very generous)

    around 452$
    im assuming no income?

    so 457 after paypal fee...

so its just 300$ in profit after what you have invested in it ;)

    Can you prove it?
All i see is 2 members browsing one of them being you..
Even if you can show some "stats" people see activity going on..
as far as i can see, nothing more then $2 for it

im not being offensive, im jsut telling you how a buyer would think

Sunday is by far the slowest day of the week for my forum (and others probably).

I guess our definitions of active are different. When I say active I mean come on at least a few times a week to every day.

And yeah I know you aren't being offensive. Thanks so much for taking the time to break that down for me though. You have no idea how much that helps. No honestly - thanks so much. I had no idea that's how forums were evaluated but now I do.

    Np taylor.

I lost about 500$ on my first forum sale and had the same painful breakdown.

    All that matters is:
ACTIVE USERS (users they see browsing at that time or online)
    and
    Threads

focus on those and you'll do fine ;)

Yeah well I'm never gonna sell this badboy. I plan on making it the most popular general chat site in the world.

And when I say that I mean I don't want it to be anything like offtopic.com. That site's just stupid to be honest. I believe in a friendly environment where people are free to do and say what they want without worrying about somebody flaming them or being like "STFU NOOB YOU SUCK". I have no time for immaturity hehe.
