Ive visited some website selling sites and the prices seem outrageous for the site quality. So I was wondering how much do you think I could post my site as. Visitors:1000 UV/month PR: 3 Listed in DMOZ: Yes Pages:104 fresh pages Income: 100$ a month Average PPC: 3.50$ Hosting: Comes with one free year. Backlinks:Google 32 Yahoo 651 Domain: techstocksinevstor.com from godaddy Thanks again for any help it really means alot to me because I am completly lost when it comes to selling a website. You can make $100 for 1000UV/month??? If you can really make $100 a month, this site will worth $1200+!!!
As mentioned by TJ, you are posting in the wrong section. As for the sale, provided you can give proof for those values mentioned it will sell for anything between $1200-$1500 depending very much on the buyer. A site is only worth what a buyer is willing to pay for it
I also think somewhere around 1000 $ is the right price , if you are corect with the 100$/month revenue.
To be honest I usally skip to another thread when people use bogus phrases like 'my baby' and 'my first ever website' etc. They usually turn out to be a few to six months old at best, and the vendors can rarely supply consistant stats and earnings going back more than a few weeks. Anyways, it's not really the right forum for appraisals.
