I need a php script where people upload a picture of themselves and other viewers post reviews and ratings. I want a points system like + points for reviewing someone and - points for uploading a picture for review. I also want it to be catogorized and the ability for users to start a battle of "looks" between each other. And finally a shop that users can purchase things with their points. No design needed (maybe a simple css one). so how much would this cost?
