    Ballpark figure of 10*monthly earnings = $5000 but it really depends on the site, history and demand.

    Not sure, the site is growning so I think this would be a steady $500 a month. I was thinking it would be worth $7000 is that to much?

    If it has $500 per month and if that is going to be steady. Then 7k's is easy for it.

    but make sure that the traffic come from health neighborhood. not from spam, popup, pay advertising, etc.
