    - The site is PR2, predicted to raise on the next update (6000+ links)
    - It has 5500+ blogs and growing daily
    - Domain age: 1 year and 6 months
    - alexa is low: ~447,000
    - 10,000+ pages in google
    - never monetized before
    - free image hosting subdomain with around 1500 hits/month
    - site comes with server paid till november
    - dnscoop rates it at $19,900
