To keep your site has good reputation on Google and other search engines, your site should allows max 20 outgoing links. And you can sell the link for $10-15/month for each outgoing link.
I totally agree. You can sell 8 footer links $10/month totaling $80/month. Thats a good price in my opinion to start. If you get good response, you can raise the price.
