I am making websites for two people. And I want to know how much it will cost.

For the first person they want a driving information site. They want the whole design, coding, and they want me to set up the pages. Something like http://www.cypressdrivingschool.com.

For the second person is a music site. They are new in the music industry. They want me to make their music site so that people can find information on them. For pages they want music, about me, album info, ect. Also they want the WHOLE website made for them...coding/template, ect.

How much would they pay me? Each of them.

How good are you at making websites and how much do they understand about what goes into building a website?

The driving school is a simple site. I would estimate 1 day. So your hourly labor rate times 8. If they want you to keep going and apply SEO on-page optimization, add about 2 more hours. This would be a good start estimate if you already know how to put websites together.

considering you're fairly new to the whole Website Design / Development business... The best way to go about it would be to actually call a couple of website design businesses in your local area, get a rough quote from them and then offer to do their websites for half of what the other companies would charge (excluding fees and charges for things like hosting and domains). Tell them that you actually called up these companies and that they quoted double the amount of what you're willing to do... if they're truly interested in a website, they'll go with you. Otherwise if they're wasting your time, you'll find out quick by giving them a quote using this method...

Ohh okay thannks for the information.
I am new in Website Design / Development business. But I am experienced in making layouts/coding. I do own a couple a websites of my own and earn money from it. But never have a sold a whole website to anyone before.
    I've been designing since I was 15 so I know what I'm doing :)
But anyone here ever done something like this?

And they are serious about this. The first person has been planning me to do there website for months now. And the second person knows that I designs web layouts and is intrested in actually sitting down with me to get it launched by Sept.
