How much would I charged for Wordpress

I want to make an extra income building Wordpress website like this one.

Is there any idea if how much would I ask for building wordpress website like this?

 

I believe they used a theme specifically designed for a site like that. I can't remember what it called but there is ready made design for a site like that.

 

i think its depen upon client with how much they can efford.

If you were going to use this theme and add / customise it for end client, I would charge your going hourly rate X 10 hours.

i.e Here in UK, (c) £350 to £500

Key word is 'customise' though

 

I was wondering, on average, what do you think is a good price for the following skin types:

phpBB3 - I go to sites, where people won't buy these for more than a dollar, saying if they wanted to pay for stuff they would have gotten a different software. Then, I see sites paying hundreds of dollars.

vBulletin - Some sites sell these for 30 dollars, others for around 500, possibly more?

IPB - same as above.

It's just the whole skin price seems to be a controversy at every site I go to. What are your opinions?
