I have an arcade and I want to know how much it would cost me to have someone make me a unique flash game and how much it would cost to buy one already made with full rights. Same question for flash animations. If you have any flash games or animations that you are selling for cheap please feel free to post them here with link and asking price. I don't have a lot of funds right now so I am mostly asking how much they will cost. Thanks.
When I approached a company to make a flash game they quoted between £350-£600, complete with branding.
Wow. That is a lot of money. I guess I would have to save up for a while. I came up with a good animation idea last night. I guess I will try doing it my self and see how it goes.
I was once quoted $1500 for a custom made flash game. That is a lot of money, but depending on how you use it, it might be worth the investment. In general, all these type of games are short-lived and you probably wont get your investment back.
Do you have time? Why not invest your time with learning how to create simple arcade games and animations? I think this would be worth it since you do own an arcade site which will require new games from time to time.
I now how to animate in flash I am just not at all good at graphics and I don't know any action script. I would love to learn action script but I am still learning perl.

Unique games cost anywhere from $100-$5k ... Depending on the quality, graphics, gameplay, size, etc Another big factor is who you ask.. If you get a quote from a Flash Developing company, their prices will be premium because they have enough clients and establishment to charge that much. on the other side. You talk to a freelancer kid who is talented and 16 who enjoys making flash for fun.. you will get a lot better deal.. The hard part is find that person. lol, I have been looking for quality flash developers for 2-3 months and haven't had any luck so far. :-( Good luck though! _Zack

some flash games get sponsored for over $1500 USD. It depends on a game. I am sure a lot of people would be happy with $100-250 for there game.
