How much would a site with these stats be worth - Thanks :)

    Hey everyone,

    I am curious, as I am quite new to buying and selling websites, still trying to figure everything out.

    What would a site with these kind of stats be worth (ballpark figure)

    Pagerank 5

    1000 UV per day

    $150 per month from adsense alone

    25$ from other sources.

    Most traffic is organic - Most from google search and quality link exchanges.

    What would I site like that be worth??

    I think normally people are buying at 10 times of monthly income.
    Some would pay higher if the site has its pontential to make more money.

    I think that estimate is very high. I doubt someone will pay 40 times monthly earnings. I think $2,000 - $3,000 is probably closer. Obviously the topic and domain make a big difference as to the potential longevity of any website.
