How much would a site like this be worth????

Not sure if this is the right forum for this, but I could not find a suitable one.

I am asking you all how much a site with the following information be worth??

7000 UV per day (85% come from google search! so very high on search engines)

Pagerank 4

$500 per month - Does NOT include link sales.

When searched the URL on google - 84,000 searches come up.
How much would a site like this roughly be worth?

it gets 500 per month.. not bad.. then it would probably in the 5 6 thousands.. i mean looking it at a years income

Probably $5,500 at the least.

Where you earn your money and the niche would be very important also. If it's in a good, legitimate niche probably up to 8,000 easily, maybe even more

Yea, its one of the only type of sites on the net, so I will factor that into it.

It also has a forum which gets 900 UV per day - Plus a custom programmed toolbar you can download - Plus a directory (pr4)

Also, traffic keeps raising, so it could be 10k UV per day by the end of the month lol.
