how much would a PR5 google banned domain be worth

i was just wondering how much it could be worth?
and if i were possible to get it unbanned?

domain is ****blog.org
i forgot to add that it still has more than 2000 back links in google

If the domain is already banned, eventually that PR5 will be dropping to 0

True... the PR5 will drop to PR0, there's no use trying to unban it in my opinion
