How much would a PR 4 Domain be worth?

I suppose the price would depend on the domain name itself, not on the PR it has.

 

The PR is nice to have,, But It's about the name, A good name will sell even without Good PR..

There are more factors:
1. does the domain gets any traffic?
2. length of the domain name
3. extension (com,net..)
etc.

 

And does it make money or have the potential to make money in a relatively normal way.
