How much worth those keyword domains?

Dear members,
I have some keyword domain names with extension .al (Albania)
Does this extension worth any bucks?

Some of my domains are:
magic.al (also can be used as a domain hack "magical")
channel.al
photos.al
maps.al
construction.al


Could you give me any valuation how much worth those domains?
What do you suggest to do, better to keep or to sell them?

 

sell them if you can..

there are many domains available in all those extensions... nothing fancy here

 

you could get good money if you get the right local buyer.

I would suggest make a simple website for each of them. May be directory as well.

 

I agree, either develop them or sell them at whatever price you can get for them, nothing special about the names and the tld doesn't add any value to it either.

Yes I am Albanian.
But there is no problem since you could register them through a hosting company registered here.
For example I have registered hose domains without submitting any document.

 

magic.al is a very good domain name...
much better then magic.com

But purchasing a .AL extension is very expensive + if your not Albanian, you need to pay twice for the Trustee Service = That's $400 total per 2 years or $200 a year!

As for value of a domain name like your magic.al one, i would say around $500 because there are still good domain names available on that extension + the expensive reg fee

comic.al = available

 

I like magic.al - I'm sure you could get $xxx for that at the most. There were .me hacks that sold for that much or more.

I didn't know before that they were available.
Now just waiting for domains being active.

If your going to sell them at SEDO or NameDrive you need to be aware that your buyers must be Albanian.
SEDO or NameDrive will ask the buyer his passport and ID, if the buyer if from the U.S, he cannot get domain because it's against AKEP.
